If you subscribe to my monthly monitoring service, I'll provide you a login for my health monitoring dashboard. This is a light-weight software (Zabbix-Server) that's installed on client machines.

My actual monitoring system stores two months of historical data points, such as CPU Usage, CPU Utilization, In/Out Network, Disk Read/Write's. As mentioned above, this service is brought to you by Zabbix and Grafana, two very powerful and dynamic tools. This dashboard displays graphs, and allows you to view your system's health real-time and look back.
This service is free (hosted, load blanced, & unlimited storage) for people subscribed to my monthly monitoring service.
